The third annual UTIC Silent Auction will be held in conjunction with the Utah Tourism Conference, May 14-16 at the Dixie Center in St. George.  All proceeds from the silent auction will be dedicated to furthering UTIC’s legislative agenda.  Donations of vacation packages, accommodations, meals, activities, tickets to events, lift tickets are welcome.  If your organization has items (amenities) or “schwag” that you provide to fam tour participants, those are also welcome as donations!  Donors will be listed in the conference program, as well as listed on the UTIC website.  Send an e-mail with a description of the donation to:  info@utahtourism.org

Thursday, May 16 and weekend activities-

Outdoor Utah will host adventure activities in conjunction with the annual Tourism Conference in St. George. Hikes and the exciting sport of canyoneering are planned for Monday 5/13 prior to the conference and Friday 5/17 the day following the conclusion.  Advance reservations for either or both days are required, all necessary gear is provided (bring your own day pack and footwear) and no experience is necessary.  Professional guide services will lead the adventures.  If you choose canyoneering, once you’ve been on rappel, you’re hooked for life on this adrenaline pumping experience!  To make reservations, please contact Monique Beeley (mo@OutdoorUtah.com) or Red (Red@OutdoorUtah.com)  with your preference, hiking or canyoneering and day.
