The Tourism Outdoor Utah Recreation (TOUR) Caucus is intended to enable discussions around the dynamics of the tourism and outdoor recreation economies. The Caucus will encourage discussion and policy decisions around preservation and enhancement of these economies and the infrastructure they depend on
