Early bird registration is $229 per person and ends on July 1, 2017. Regular registration is $249 per person. Registration includes all conference sessions, meeting materials, 2 breakfasts, opening reception/dinner, 2 lunches and 3 breaks.

Conference venue is the Uintah Conference Center in Vernal. All educational sessions, breakouts, general sessions and meal functions will take place at the conference center.

Highlights include:
Opening Reception on Tuesday, Sept. 12 -Join us for a night under the stars in Dinosaur National Monument at Split Mountain. Attendees will hear from Governor Gary R. Herbert, enjoy a Dutch Oven dinner, entertainment, drinks, and an opportunity to walk along the Green River, view the World Famous Wall of Bones, and Star Gaze into some of the darkest skies in America. Transportation will be provided by Wilkins Bus lines and will leave from the Marriott Hotels and Uintah Conference Center at 5:30 pm. Your Welcome to drive your own vehicle, but parking is limited and we would encourage you to take the bus or carpool.
Wednesday evening, Sept. 13: After you have experienced Vernal's restaurant scene -- join us at the "After Party". You told us you wanted more "Networking" time and we heard you!!! Join us Wednesday evening after the Dine Around in Vernal for the "After Party" at the Towneplace Suites by Marriott. Starting at 8:00 pm. Come Network with conference attendees, participate in the "Live" auction for the PAC, and Karaoke with your tourism industry friends and coworkers. Enjoy local brews by Vernal Brewing Company and sodas by the Soda Shack!

We hate to see you leave the Conference without a glimpse of Flaming Gorge, so all are invited for a FREE evening of fun; including tasty food, local brews, live entertainment, scenic boat tours and some paddling (SUP’s and kayaks) in a wondrous location. Advance reservations are required.
Friday, September 15th
- Rafting on the Green. $15/pp. Don’t miss one of our most popular adventures – self-guided rafting on the incredibly scenic Green River. Meet at the Flaming Gorge Dam parking lot at 10am for this 3-4 hour trip. Shuttle, snack bag and raft rental included. Advance reservations are required
- Gorge Highlight Tour. $10/pp. Let us show you the best spots along our National Scenic Byway (and see some of our famous local wildlife)! Meet at Flaming Gorge Dam Parking Lot at 10am for this 3-4 hour tour. Transportation, guide and snack bag included. Advance reservations are required.
- Catch Trophy Trout. (It’s why Flaming Gorge is famous!) Visit flaminggorgecountry.com to view our excellent Flaming Gorge Angler’s Guide, geared to inspire anglers of all abilities.
