• SOLD OUT Continental Breakfast (2 available: Wednesday and Thursday): $3,500 – includes two conference registrations, recognition at the sponsored function, recognition on function signage, registration materials, website and final program, as well as three minutes of “podium time” at function.

• Break-out Session Sponsorship (9 sessions available): $1,200-includes one conference registration, recognition at the sponsored session, and logo recognition on the breakout Session signage, registration materials, website and final program.
SOLD NEW! Professional Headshot Station Sponsorship: $3,000- Delegates will be offered the opportunity to get a professional headshot taken at the conference. Sessions will include hair and makeup touch ups along with a professional headshot emailed to them in a high-reformat Direct email capture opportunity available along with significant one-on-one time with delegates.
SOLD NEW! Mighty 5® Tie-Dye Bandanna Station Sponsorship: $2,750- Delegates will have the opportunity to tie-dye a personal Mighty 5® bandanna. This fun opportunity will allow for significant time with delegates in a casual setting.

Additional opportunities:
• Hospitality Suite (5 suites available): $1,200 plus cost of suite at host hotel - Use of one of the suites for hosting after hours hospitality function throughout the conference. Includes one conference registration, one hotel room for Tuesday and Wednesday night, logo recognition on conference signage, registration materials, website and final program. Sponsor responsible for own food & beverage.
• Exhibitors-booth package and registration (21 available):
$ 1,500– non-UTIA Members $1,300 – UTIA Members Includes 6’ covered & draped table, 2 chairs and one conference registration. Recognition on exhibit signage, registration materials/final program. Inclusion in Exhibitor Passport Prize giveaway program. PLEASE NOTE: All exhibits will be arranged around the perimeter of the ballroom/general session room where all meals (breakfasts & lunches) as well as breaks will occur. The silent auction will also be included in the ballroom to help drive additional traffic.
